Each Remodeler will be interviewed on the following criteria:

	Years in Industry
	Experience in Listed Category
	Business Practices
	Trade Group Affiliation
	Education/Certification in Category Listed
	State Requirements
	Manufacturer Training
	Overall Conduct

The Homeowner Promise

We will investigate complaints reported to us and try to help resolve these matters. If the remodeler involved in complaint is found to have acted improperly or unprofessionally, remodeler's membership will be revoked from our organization.
