A Remodeler functions as a controller and coordinator of a remodeling project.
Remodeling as a profession has grown significantly over the past forty years. This industry has become a billion dollar business with thousands of professional Remodelers throughout the United States, so much so that a Remodeler must be licensed in most states. Although not required, to achieve or maintain affiliations within national organizations and associations, Remodelers must attend various seminars and workshops throughout the year to stay abreast of this fast and ever-changing industry.
